Mr. David Bausback

Mr. Bausback, an Advisor to Burgess Vector, is a raw materials sales and marketing professional with with 20 years experience selling inorganic minerals, and semi-fabricated metal products to industrial customers across North America. He is currently the Vice President & General Manager for Pechiney Canada as well as the Ceramic Products Division Manager for Pechiney World Trade USA, where he founded the operation and grew it to $20million in revenue in 1999. Mr. Bausback manages all the direct customer sales activities for the division, including new account development. He is responsible for all logistics associated with product delivery including customs clearance, local shipments, warehousing, analysis of government documentation, invoicing and collection, credit management, and legal and fiscal assistance to principals.

Prior to his industrial sales activities, Mr. Bausback was a Senior Analyst at Kline & Company where he conducted international market analyses for clients in technical ceramics, glass, composites and industrial minerals industries. Mr. Bausback is a trained Ceramics Engineer and started his engineering career at Ferro Corporation in the Ceramic Coatings Division where he developed new glaze and frit formulations.

Mr. Bausback received his Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Engineering from Rutgers University with honors. He is an active member of the American Society of Ceramic Engineers, and is considered one of the worlds leading experts on specialty grade aluminum oxide.
