Mr. David Langiulli

Mr. Langiulli is the President of Burgess Vector. He is a performance driven leader responsible for managing all aspects of Burgess Vector's intellectual property engagements. Mr. Langiulli's nearly twenty years of marketing, business development, and technology management experience spans multiple industries and technologies.

Before co-founding Burgess Vector, Mr. Langiulli started the Wyoming Research Products Center (www.uwyo.edu/rpc) where he oversaw all aspects of the University of Wyoming's R&D ($50M+) intellectual property portfolio. Prior to founding the Wyoming Research Products Center, Mr. Langiulli was responsible for business development and licensing activities in the engineering, physical and computer sciences for Rutgers University and Brookhaven National Laboratory (U.S. Department of Energy Laboratory). Mr. Langiulli's experience includes a tour as a Product Manager at Allied-Signal where he was responsible for developing a high-growth advanced material business serving the international security, electronics, and semiconductor markets. Before Allied-Signal, he consulted on a variety of technical and business issues. As an analyst at Kline & Company, he examined markets for various materials and provided business analysis and strategic recommendations for his clients. As a technical consultant for JK Tien, Inc. he provided analysis of product failures in defense of product liability litigation.

Mr. Langiulli holds Masters Degrees in Business and Materials Science from SUNY Stonybrook and Columbia University, respectively, and a Bachelors Degree in Physics and Mathematics from Washington and Lee University. He is active in various Professional Societies including the Licensing Executives Society and the Association of University Technology Managers. His professional interests are in intellectual property management, technology marketing, international business, and technology transfer.
