Mr. Joe Pawlicki

Mr. Pawlicki is Vice President of Burgess Vector. Prior to co-founding Burgess Vector, Mr. Pawlicki served as the Manager of Business Development at the Wyoming Research Products Center. In this capacity, he was responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategies for the University of Wyoming's Intellectual Property Portfolio. This entailed close collaboration with the faculty to identify the saleable features of the technology and then successfully market these technologies to industry.

Before joining the Wyoming Research Products Center Mr. Pawlicki held the position of Senior Financial Analyst at SafeCard Services. In addition, he has consulted and assisted in the implementation of a business plan for an advanced materials business in the United States and a joint venture between a small technology company and an industry leader in instrumentation.

Mr. Pawlicki holds a Master of Science Degree from the Solomon D. Trujillo Center for e.Business, and a Masters Degree in Business and a Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of Wyoming. He is active is the Licensing Executives Society.
